Leaving out the boss while electing Mr. steroid era is disgusting. Why do I still follow this sport.
Mariano Rivera was so great he was able to close a Denny's.

Bud Selig in the Hall. Marvin Miller out of Hall. Yeah. That makes a lot of sense.

Didn't know where to put this. Part of the new CBA states teams may not haze rookies by making them dress as a woman.

The HOF class of 2017 is a joke. I know there are a few writers who are knowledgeable enough to be worthy of being on the voting panel. However collectively they are utterly incompetent. Time to #draintheswamp and get a real crew together. The best crew. It would be a great crew. The best crew God ever created.

Are you saying they elected unworthy candidates or that there should have been more elected?

Personally, I have never liked the 10 (formerly 15) year on the ballot approach - if you can't figure out if someone is a HOF player in the five years after they left the game, I don't know what to say.

IMO - one and done; vote for as many as you want is the best approach.

I have no issue with the three that got in. I'm aggravated at the guys they left off. Bonds, Mussina, Schilling, Clemens.

Pudge Rodriguez is the guy that pooped the PED cherry. It should have been Bonds.

Oh, and Posada got less than a 5% vote. He deserved better.

With Pudge getting in they have basically OK'ed roid users into the HOF. Bonds is being blackballed because he broke two sacred records. Clemons I think is being penalized for taking his trainer to court and throwing Pettitte under the bus instead of fessing up.

Only if they identify as a woman. Then wear whatever you want.

Two sources who spoke on the condition of anonymity said that Miami Marlins president David Samson has said that there is a $1.6 billion "handshake agreement" for the MLB team. Jeffrey Loria paid $158 million for the baseball team in 2002.

Hasn't it been a while since he played?

He didn't want to make a comeback as a reliever? I guess he'll always be able to say he retired with a a career ERA of 0.00.

Didn't see this posted anywhere, but Tim Tebow thought that he should be in the first base on deck circle because he bats left, even though his team was occupying the third base dugout? Is he paying to be on the Mets spring squad or something?

He played in the Arizona Fall League. It's not like he's never played before.

Brain Fart and he tried to save face?
That's our second Arby's in town. Some say it's better, the fries are curlier, though I wouldn't know. I'm loyal to the original.
