Re: Interest piece on ticket market

Very enlightening article....So I had an extra Knicks ticket to sell for last night's Cavs game listed on SH. Game time was 7 PM and the ticket sale window expired at 3 PM....4 hours before tip-off. The Knicks only use mobile transfer....no more pdfs....so I assumed the window was to allow sufficient time to arrange an email transfer to a buyer via my MSG account since Instant DL is not an option. Lo and behold I looked and there were plenty of tix still available for sale after the 3 PM deadline on SH with the mobile transfer option. I called SH to get an explanation and the rep uncomfortably explained that "high volume sellers" were permitted to keep selling beyond the 3 PM deadline available to us mortals......so much for open market selling.....I complained loudly but got nowhere.....perhaps that remaining "high volume" is SH inventory.

About a year ago I tried listing tickets on Facebook and FB did not allow ticket listings on marketplace or local buy/sell groups. Has FBs policy changed?

That's weird. I didn't have a problem posting. And I sold games for both ALDS & ALCS. I also posted a game on a local buy sell group without problem. Unless I just got lucky?
