General McKinsey culture article about the Astros and their antics.

But in there was a mention of the Astros being generally behind the plan to eliminate over 25% of the minor leagues.

Daily News story linked below. I didn't realize the McKinsey corporate downsizing routine was a part of this, but it definitely makes sense.

One of the teams proposed to be eliminated is right down the road from me, and a former Astros affiliate. Watched Correa and Altuve there. Funny how they weren’t so irritating then.
If they ask who was our star, give them 25 names, and if you forget our names, just tell them we were Yankees.

Major League Baseball’s investigation into the Astros likely will not be completed until after the new year, sources with knowledge of the investigation told The Athletic. The league’s department of investigations has more than 70,000 emails to examine as it tries to understand the scope of the Astros’ electronic sign-stealing efforts.

Wouldn’t be surprised. If they didn’t think the trash can method would be exposed eventually, the emails sure as heck wouldn’t.
