4 Astros batters now hit in ST.
More people have walked on the moon than have scored an earned run off of Mariano Rivera in the postseason.

it looked like a rolling slider. If you're intentionally going to plunk a guy I'd think it would be fastball

This will be a baseball season like never before in its history. Only time will tell how this will end. I wonder if the Commissioner has to step in during the season as new stories continue to surface?

It would have been more enjoyable as a fastball.

Wish I knew how to embed tweets here. I saw this same video clip of Bregman getting plunked played over older audio of him answering a question about his favorite unwritten rule with a ramble about how he loves how the game polices itself. He's about to feel that love.

I would pay (not a lot, but I'd pay) for a compilation video of every hit astros batter this year, with each plunk called by Bob Uecker.

This part really always annoyed me. They bad mouthed him. Not made for NY. All that crap.

However, he fit in extremely well in that clubhouse. The issue with Sonny was the Yankees coaching and analytics. However, it's a lot easier to blame someone else than blame yourself. That's what Cashman did.

Paraphrasing - he mentioned in 2018 how they would see dudes with Astros credentials videotaping the Indians dugout in the playoffs, out in the open, where everyone could see them.

His point was, if there doing these blatant things in plain view, what are they doing in secret? Well, we found out some of it but I'd bet there tons that wasn't uncovered.

My point is, if this stuff is happening out in the open in 2018 how is it not referenced in the tell-all, exhaustive investigation performed by ManChildFred?

Actually, smart beanball there. Throw the offspeed pitches and dont give the ump a chance to think it's on purpose. All while still getting a solid part of the back. No one can tell me getting hit by an 84mph offspeed pitch in the square of the back doesnt hurt. It doesnt always have to be 97.

There will be a standing warning for every game the Astros are involved in - immediately giving them an advantage. Thatís how Manfred rolls.
If they ask who was our star, give them 25 names, and if you forget our names, just tell them we were Yankees.

And I expect the majority of Astro hitters to crowd the plate knowing most pitchers will be afraid to pitch inside.

So as soon as there is a HBP the pitcher is ejected? That would be silly. Especially if the Astros pitchers arent held to the same standard/
