I think by the time you get to the fifth possible variant, you’re talking about the pronunciation used by people who pronounce it incorrectly.

Losing yesterday's game, in itself, was a downer but then to have Showalter in the booth with Michael Kay was too much for me. He's like nails on a blackboard and made a point of calling Michael Kay "Mike" which none of the color guys do when working in the booth with him. I felt his mumbling was not very informative and after a while I used the option on the MLB.TV app to watch the YES broadcast but listen to the WFAN coverage. Why YES brought Showalter back is beyond me.

The main problem was that Buck is a gazillion times baseball smarter than Michael Kay. It was like a child having a discussion with a nuclear physicist.

Game 1 was Kay doing a full game interview with Buck about his life. Awful.
Games 2 & 3 was Buck embarrassing Kay all game long.

By the end, I thought Buck was just trolling Kay.

"Hey, Mike...see the way the catcher has his pinky curled in his throwing hand? That means he's going to throw out on the next pitch, or he has to go to the bathroom."
"Deep to left! Yastrzemski will not get it! It's a home run! A three-run homer by Bucky Dent! And the Yankees now lead by a score of 3-2!" - New York Yankees announcer Bill White (October 2, 1978)

I agree 100%. At some point the nuclear physicist gets tired of the kid.

In today's NY Post, David Cone said he would be interested in managing the Mets. If he doesn't get that job, I wonder if he would be the pitching coach for the Yankees!!!!! I think he would be much better than Pajama Larry. (I don't think the Yankees would offer him the manager's job. They seem to love Boone.)
