You know... home field in the WS and all.
I was sure happy the Rays won. And Yankees own the tiebreaker with the Dodgers.

HFA shipped has sailed. Yankees still have 2 to play against a Rays team desperate to get into the playoffs.
Blowing a 6 run lead to the Tigers followed by losing 2 winnable games at Toronto ended any hope of HFA against the Astros. Yankees also play weak teams to end the season but unlike Houston have not taken advantage of it.

Yep, Astros have won 5 in a row, Yanks have lost 3 of 5.....good thing Yanks are getting hot heading into the playoffs...........Verlander and Cole in Houston......not much to look forward to

Postgame show, with the celebration IF they win, will be on YES.

If they don't win ... sorry, tomorrow's game is also on WPIX.

They could not hit any of those stud pitchers the Angels threw at the Yankees last night.

Iím not predicting the Aís to win the WS this year but I wouldnít be so cavalier writing them off either.
Red Sox had HOF players and SF had Bumgarner. Oakland has a bunch of blue collar guys doing blue collar things on a tight budget. Oakland is basically Tampa West. Can they win in the PS? Indubitably! Will they win in the PS? Unlikely. I give them a better chance against the Yankees than Houston though.
