    You hear stuff like that but at the end of the day players are getting 49% of revenues one way or another. Clowny's million is going to be another player's million, the owners aren't just going to pocket it

    They fired their GM so that didn't help. Plus Clowney has missed a lot of games.

    It is still shady as hell using a loophole like that. In a fight between billionaires and millionaires, I'll always side with the millionaires. The NFL is a joke.
