Is john flaherty on the disabled list?

I haven's seen John Flaherty on YES in ages. Funny, I wasn't crazy about him when he first started working games but have come to appreciate him more and more each year. I watch every game and very rarely miss a post-game show and have noticed he hasn't been on lately. Did I miss something? Has he gotten another gig?

    We can hope.
Do not fear, all we want to do is talk.

Exactly. The worst YES has to offer and it’s not close.

Do you mean among booth personalities? Because if we include the studio, Flaherty is Bob Costas next to Nancy Newman.

Lol - didn’t really consider her. Haven’t seen her in ages.

This. We’re doing just fine without his “body language” analysis.

Now wait, don't you agree that Greg Bird is "trying to do too much"? John Flaherty knows ....

I don't normally watch the Yankees pre or Post game shows, but I did put Yes on this aft at 12:30 and there was John Flaherty doing the pre game show.

I like Leiter a lot, even if he’s a bit too low-key. Bumbling? No insight? Hard to believe we’re listening to the same guy.

I agree that a one has gone too anslytics-crazy. It’s great up to a point - it’s good when it informs the broadcast, not so much when it becomes the broadcast.
