If the game was played in the afternoon, yes, but there is a good chance that the rain will be over in the early evening in Bronx.

Just as well it was postponed even so. If they started at 9:00, it wouldn't have been over till sometime after midnight ... and they'd still have to fly to New York.

Of course it should have been postponed, you can't have players sitting around for another 8 hours or so waiting to play a game that still might not start until after 9:00.
