    Let's do this!
Severino best starting pitcher in the AL left standing!

I'm assuming this is predicated on avoiding Tanaka on the road at all costs. Nonetheless I would pitch Tanaka in Game 1.

Come on, seriously? When the first post says "bullpen" for Game 7, you laugh it off as tongue-in-cheek. But there's no way you can second that.

Well I guess I was just basing it off the first 4 games. TBH I didn't even notice the bullpen lol

    Gm1. Gray
    Gm2. Severino

    Gm3. Tanaka
    Gm4. Sabathia

I would add Clint Frazier to the roster.

That is pointless. The team with 3 home games will never have a starter that pitches 2 home games. Barring a rainout, the only way that happens is for the game 2 and 6 starter for the team that has 4 home games.

Sorta. Basically what they did in this game -- probably go to the pen earlier.

I donít know. The thought of gray pitching 2 games in a series makes me nervous

Why not Tanaka and Severino the first two games. Both on regular rest.

    Tanaka-Sevvie-CC-Gray-Tanaka-Sevvie-CC

At this point I trust CC more than Gray, and, with his pitching approach, Gray really cant be counted on to pitch deep anyway. The first three were lights out. Let those three pitch with their normal rest. That also gets Tanaka 1 home start.

We should have had a rebuilding season earlier. Hope Sale, Price and Kimbrel are enjoying their off season.

Tanaka better at home. Sonny Gray better on the road, even if he still will have to pitch at home later on. Grays talent hasn't deserted him, he'll fix it.

I remember Tanaka out pitching Sale at Fenway. If Tanaka goes game one he can still pitch game 5 at home.

    My guess:

    Gray Game 1
    Sevvy Game 2
    Tanaka Game 3
    CC Game 4
    Gray Game 5
    Sevvy Game 6
    idk Game 7

Houston has the best lineup in the sport. We will need to score runs off of Peacock and Morton.

Houston fans are already declaring a sweep on Twitter.

Houston's offense scares me more than Cleveland's offense did. That being said, I also think they're not quite as balanced top to bottom as Cleveland.

Yankees can win this series, but they definitely have to match Houston's offense.

I think declaring a sweep is a bit dramatic.

Realistically, it might take the Yankees 5 games to win the series and not 4.
Houston fans need to relax a little and enjoy the experience.
