Not technically, legally, which is the only way that matters. Moral rights are just opinions. Legally, unborn babies donít have constitutional rights. Women do. (Thatís an oversimplification, though only slightly. In the first trimester, at least, itís 100% true.)

So drawing a parallel between "protecting the rights of the unborn" and protecting the rights of women is completely fallacious. There are people trying to protect women's legal rights, and people with different opinions trying to restrict women's legal rights.
