All I know is the Republicans I used to have political conversations with seemed to get a concerted voice once Rush Limbaugh got on the air.

GOP @RepRooney says he thinks Pelosi "has a point" when she said that with Trump, all roads lead to Russia.

"I was skeptical of it like most Republicans were, but I gotta say this business about the Ukraine server ... tells me, what, are we trying to exculpate Russia?"

Then: No quid pro quo. Perfect call.
Now: Of course quid pro quo. Get over it.
Latest: Can we change that back to no quid pro quo?

I'm more concerned with many other things than something that helps him economically without affecting the general public.

https://www.archives.gov/federal-reg...e-new-york.pdf has New York's 29 electors for 2016. The original composition was 15 men and 14 women. However, three men did not show up and were replaced by women alternates. That made 12 men and 17 women. One women did not show up and was replaced by another woman to not change the gender composition. To compare, the amount of electors is equal to the amount of members of Congress including senators. New York has 20 men and 9 women in Congress both as of when the electors voted in 2016 and as of now. Members of the federal government cannot be electors, but members of state and local governments can. Cuomo, di Blasio, Bill Clinton, others in state government, and Rochester Mayor Lovely A. Warren were electors. Trump Jr. was a Republican elector, but they didn't get to vote. Outside of New York, one of Nancy Pelosi's daughters, Christine, was an elector.

You’re not concerned with gross violations of the Emoluments Clause, and the president using policy to enrich himself?

I’m not sure what your concern with the makeup of the electors is. There’s always the possibility of a faithless elector, but basically the job is just to be a rubber stamp. They’re really not a factor.

I think the emoluments cause is bigger with this President than people realize. It proves that he can be bought, or that he can make policy based on his personal finances. I think what happened in Turkey is a good example of this.

Some group called Republicans for the rule of law will be running an anti-Trump ad on FoxNews about him enriching himself at taxpayer expense. That should go over well with our president.

Plus we have no idea who he owes money to since he won't release his taxes.

Either they are racist, or they are fine with racism as long as they benefit from it.

I've only ever heard it used in schools. It came in 20 or so years ago, and they haven't stopped using it since.
