Do the Pats have enough left over to sign Revis? I guess they saved some money by cutting Wilfork.

If it's true about Patrick Willis, then I say, "Thanks for the memories here with the Red and Gold Faithful, P-Will52." Willis hanging up the cleats at age 30 and near the prime of his career.

What a great career both Willis and 'The Cowboy' Justin Smith had with the 49ers. Two durable players where Willis, before his nagging toe injury, missed only five games while Smith missed only two.

Chris Borland did a pretty good job when Willis was on injured reserve last year, but he has bigger shoes to fill along with NaVorro Bowman.

What a mess that team is. I'm so glad I already hate them because this is fun. Their owners are a bunch of idiots.

Who is the worst ownership group between these two: Daniel Snyder or the York family?

Pricy, but a solid center, They need to burn some of the 70 million cap space and no better way than on the O line. I like this one.

WTF? Willis was one of the best linebackers in football.

This reminds me of when the great Jack Lambert retired over a toe injury.

Snyder is his own level of bad. He's terrible from a football standpoint and as a person.

Even Dick Butkus had a short career in the NFL as a linebacker.

The Niners really leave me scratching my head with their decisions. Harbaugh was such a good coach and they drove him out of town. Colin K has little chance of developing without him there, imo.

However, Gore is somewhat expendable. Carlos Hyde is going to be a very good RB in this league.

What Jim Harbaugh should've done was do the same thing John Harbaugh did: fire the offensive coordinator and hire another one.

But Jed York and Trent Baalke made it worse when they let Jim Harbaugh go and instead of hiring Vic Fangio, they promoted defensive line coach Jim Tomsula to the head coaching position.

I would've hired Fangio or Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur to be the head coach and keep Tomsula as the defensive coordinator/assistant head coach.

As for Frank Gore, Baalke wanted a three-headed monster at running back and he has Carlos Hyde and Kendall Hunter. But they need a slicer and dicer who catches passes out of the backfield.

The 49ers also need a wide receiver outside the numbers. Michael Crabtree will surely be gone. Ditto for Stevie Johnson. He needs to go to a place where he is more productive in the slot.

Bruce Ellington is one option, but the 49ers need another.

LOL Julius Thomas going to Jacksonville. I understand wanting the money, but the next chunk of your career is going to stink.

Maybe Julius Thomas loves the tax free money. However, the Jacksonville Jaguars have a very long way to go to build a team.
