I'm still trying to figure out how the Chinese have deep fried ice cream.

Eating a deep fried butter stick seems more like truth or dare than food. It's like how the competitive eaters have to eat a whole tub of mayo. That's a heart-stopper if ever there was one.

I hid in the clouded wrath of the crowd, when they said "sit down" I stood up.

You can't tell their chili from their Bolognese anyway.

Itís kind of sad when the best thing about your city is leaving it to go to Covington, Kentucky.

This is true but that's one bitchin' old bridge you have to cross to get there. The Roeblings' "dress rehearsal" for the Brooklyn Bridge, it is stunning. It can almost make you forget that a hot dob is, in fact, a sandwich.

Mmmm, hot dobs and beer ... I mean, hot dobs IN beer.

Well, apparently someone looked around a Sheetz store determined to find the most ridiculous combination they could think of, because just in time for Memorial Day the brand is releasing Project Hop Dog—a beer made with Sheetz Hot Dogz.

Speaking of hot dogs, Joey Chestnut wins his 13th Nathan's Hot Dog Eating contest with his new world record of 75 HDBs in 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, Miki Sudo wins her seventh women's division title by setting a new women's world record of 48.5 HDBs.
