That was his second TJS. This one is to clear "loose bodies in the elbow" he's expected back "sometime in 2018" for the Ray but win what capacity is now unclear.

Another former Yankee prospect Jacob Lindgren is having his 2nd TJS.

He singles in his first MLB plate appearance and contributed to the first run of the game by getting Sanchez from first to third.

I really hope not, I doubt he'll be an all star but i think he could be a very good player. I was excited to see him get a chance.

I can't help but wonder if outfielders are trained in the minors on how to play a ball headed for the wall.
Standings: Big Inning 32-16; Blue Cut 27-21; Shoo Fly 26-22; Husk 22-26; Frank Pierce 21-27; Iowa City 16-32.

who knows? but so many oufielders seem to have no idea what to do. They just Pete Reiser themselves into the wall.

Don't they have walls in the minors, or just chain linked fences?

Yeah, not smart. Both times a brand new major leaguer is given a chance due to an outfield depleted by injury and instantly makes a bad roster situation worse by exercising questionable judgement. It is perfectly appropriate to question how they are being taught.

And the other shoe drops. Loss of control of Andujar for a 6th year.

Not necessarily. They could still send him down for whatever amount of days I believe and still get the extra year.

Unless they keep him here for the rest of the year, there's definitely an opportunity to gain that extra year of control. I suspect that once Ellsbury/Hick's is activated, Miggy will be going down.
