  4. Think about this, what do YOU dislike about baseball the most?

For me it's simple. I can't get a decent seat in Yankee stadium. I went to 4 games this year and never sat anywhere near the field. Tier seats for all games. Some games I got tickets 2 months in advance. Any decent seat is gone to corporate season ticket holders and those guys leave in the seventh inning. As a distant second, I'm appalled at the players attitudes as they walk from the stadium to their cars after the game. Personally, I've never seen even one stop to sign an autograph. Even...

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball/story/38002p-35879c.html Hampton trade smells Fishy While waiting for the Lords of Selig to shake off the ill-effects of pre-Thanksgiving payroll indigestion so baseball's hot stove season can finally commence in earnest, we've taken the time to dash off a few memos regarding some of the game's pressing issues. Memo to Jeffrey Loria: Did you fully understand how your involvement in the complicated three-way, money-laundering deal involving...

  9. Unique Idea for Winning More Games, With Same Personnel!

Here is my idea on how the Orioles could use a unique strategy to lower the opposing teamsí such as the Yankees batting average and power. I have put this on Sunspot, and I wonder what you Yankee fans think of this idea. My idea would also limit the opposing managerís options in stacking their lineups to platoon their right and handed hitters against the Orioles. To summarize, the Orioles could ruin the opposing teamsí platoon by letting their starting pitcher face a single batter,...

  13. Matt Williams Larry Walker trade is not going to happen

What is very interesting is that Gammons is reporting Durazo would of been traded to Oakland for our former boys....Jason Arnold and JF Griffin. By the way Griffin just finished up a solid AFL season. http://www.rotoworld.com/display1.asp?page=news&sport=MLB The five-player trade between the Rockies and the Diamondbacks has fallen through. No reason was given, but it's very likely that Matt Williams declined to exercise his no-trade clause. Williams would have went to Colorado along...

  16. 163 game season

I had this arguement with this kid about if a team can play 163 regular season games. I lost. 98 Cubs were 90-73, 163 games. They beat the Giants in a one game playoff for the wild card. Quetsion: Why was that game counted as a regular season game??, I dont get it. Its a playoff game.
