Until this season I'd never played any fantasy sports. I got involved in two baseball leagues, and I'm having alot of fun. I'm going to do a Yahoo football league for myself and some friends here in LA who are completely new to fantasy sports. I'm looking for any advice on how to set the league up to make it the most fun for novice players (league settings, scoring catagories etc.). Hopefully some of you here who play alot can help me out. (AP) -- Tim Brown will end his prolific NFL career with the Oakland Raiders after all. ``Tim will sign a one-day contract and retire as a Raider,'' team spokesman Mike Taylor said Wednesday. A news conference is planned for later this month to recognize Brown, the former Heisman Trophy winner and longest-tenured player in franchise history.

We get to keep 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WRs. Which do you think is a better deal? Trading a 2nd round pick for my boy Brett Favre OR trading Brian Westbrook for Brady?

When drafting: How much emphasis do you put on the strength of schedule...? This year... I have come to the conclusion that it is one of the most important factors in drafting... if not thee most important in drafting in the later rounds

Alright so apparently the waiting list for the other league is getting a little stretched so I would like to propose a second league! This league will be known as La Liga Futbol American, it will be an auction league and I will post some of the guidelines and scoring that I think should be included as well as a team limit and fees/site used, etc... For now I just want to gauge how many people would be interested in a second league that will be auction style.

I am in a keeper league and I am in need of RB help BAD! Currently I have Rudi Johnson, Travis Henry, Anthony Thomas, Thomas Jones, Duce Staley, and Michael Pittman. Rudi is the only one I can count on since Duce doesn't score TD's. I am happy with the receivers I have in Isaac Bruce, Laveranues, Justin McCareins, Santana Moss, Brandon Stokley, Plaxico, and Charles Rogers. What do you guys think of me trading the #4 pick in the rookie draft and Plaxico for my choice of Jamal...
