I am doing a research which is due on Monday and I really need info!!
My topic is "Baseball Players should make less than they do!"
Do you know where I could find news articles? Anything that would help me!?

I don't know where you can get a list, but the average major leaguer makes between $2 and 3 Million a year with the top making $25 million a year.
Teachers range from about $25,000 a year for starting elementary teachers to possibly $100,000 for the top college professors. Of course a top college football coach makes about $3 million a year. The President makes about $400,000 a year. Firefighters are lucky to fall in the $30,000 to 60,000 a year range depending on the city.
The average american is somewhere in the $30,000 to $40,000 range.

Sorry these are my estimates based on experience. I cannot find the data to back them up, but you get the idea.

Newsday also has a list posted on its sports site of "baseball millionaires" (active players and those on the D.L.) You can argue that all players are overpaid, of course. But otherwise you can really cut your research. It's www.newsday.com.

ESPN's site has a salary list for each team on their respective pages. I don't know how accurate or up-to-date they are, but worth a look.
