Right now I'm reading that BP has Beltran fourth in NL CF VORP. Does that mean he's the the 4th best CF? I know he's not having a bad season.

That's because he was in the AL for much of the year.

He's still 5th in VORP for AL CF.

EDIT: I doubt you can just add them up equally - or maybe you can I don't know, but if you do, he has a VORP of 59.3, which is second in the majors to Jim Edmonds.
