I would like to see Joba get one but not yet, so I went with Rasner.

The 1978 Ron Guidry would be my choice.

I voted Rasner, but you should have had Ohlendorf in the poll.

I'll take Rasner. He's been lights out in SWB and he's more of an unknown quantity cf Igawa.
I'm going with the devil I don't know.

My mistake, aside from Joba I didn't even look at our other relievers. :o

I said Rasner. He's been great so far in AAA.

I went with Rasner, too. Joba's fine where he is...for now.

I added him for you, though he's below "Other."

Y'all don't want to know who I'd like to get a start. :)

Though, on second thought, I'll stick with Rasner. He's been starting in SWB and he's started with the Yankees before, too.

Chase Wright so you guys can try to go for 5 straight home runs next time?

I heard Babe Ruth was a pretty good pitcher...who wants to make a trip to Westchester?

That would be something, though, wouldn't it? :)

Would Joe G. leave him in long enough for something like that to happen, you think?

Would Joe G. leave him in long enough for something like that to happen, you think? He just might ... just so he could make Peter Abraham angry by refusing to answer questions about whether Wright would stay in the rotation after the game.

I never in a million years thought I'd say this- but I'd rather see Rasner start than Hughes at this point. Not that I think he's going to be a better pitcher in the long run- but when a guy looks this good in AAA, you at least have to give him a look.

I am the sole Steven White voter. The dude throws strikes. Even if they lose his start, he'd be able to eat innings and rest the BP.

I threw Chase Wright a pity vote.
