If Porcello makes it to 20, Red Sox fans will spontaneously have even less patience with Lugo sucking

If Porcello drops to 20, I will remove my own femur with my bare hands, carve it into arrowheads, dip them in poison, and fire them in one great barrage at Julio Lugo. He'll try to protect himself with his bat, but I'm confident he'll swing and miss.

Could Porcello ask 15 mil from other teams, and then when the Yankees pick drop his request to like 10 to stop teams from drafting him?

If he wanted to do that, he could just say "Im not signing with anyone but the Yankees. If someone else drafts me, I'm going to UNC". But he didn't. He wants $10 million or he isnt that huge of a Yankee fan

It'll be terrible if both Harvey and Porcello are popped before we pick. We'd still get someone great. The Yanks have put a lot into this draft and they have all sorts of plans and fail safes.

If we picked Porcello then I think the signing wouldn't be announced until the last day possible Aug. 15 because the Commish would hold back the announcement for going over slot.

Porcello still hasn’t found a home by this point, and teams were buzzing Wednesday night that an unspecified club picking ahead of the Yankees at No. 30 would grab him. That club could be Texas, which never has enough pitching, and owner Tom Hicks can't seem to get enough Boras clients.
